Dawn Sharp
I have worked in the field of recruitment for a number of years now. I started my career recruiting to the Regeneration sector in London
but after spending several years in the City, I decided to follow my heart and return home to the North West. I continued my
career in recruitment but moved to a different market -Social Housing. It was here I met Dawn Blackbourn and we clicked
straight away. Between us we have over 18 years experience of recruiting to interim, temporary and permanent markets
and after working for a large national company for so long we decided to take the plunge and set up business on our own.
Mine and Dawn’s ethos is very much one of honesty and integrity. We are a growing, unpretentious company that aims to
provide a good and efficient service. I strongly believe that our approach brings a refreshing change to an industry that is
sometimes viewed as a necessary evil and "all agencies are the same" view point. I hope that after using our service you

I have over 12 years experience of recruiting temporary and contract staff to not for profit organisations. Having been involved in
the start up of new offices and teams it seemed a natural step to go into partnership with Dawn. "I decided to set up my own
recruitment business after I realised there is a gap in the market for "traditional" recruitment expertise. Too many companies are
